Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Masters of Engagement platform (the “Service”) operated by Masters of Engagement LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. YouTube Terms of Service

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You also acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

2. Authorized use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with YouTube channels you own or are authorized to manage. You grant access via Google’s OAuth 2.0 flow and may revoke it at any time at Google Account permissions.

3. Data and metrics

Scores, grades, and signals shown in the Service are calculated by MoE and are not official YouTube metrics. MoE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. Refer to YouTube Studio for authoritative figures. Raw YouTube Analytics data is retained for no more than 30 days (see our Privacy Policy).

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login and for activity under your account.

5. Intellectual property

The Service and its content are owned by MoE. You retain rights to your own channel data.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your data at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
